Great UK Maps - Whitbarrow Scar
Whitbarrow Scar is a limestone escarpment on the periphery of the Lakes National Park. The map is big by any standards and the area offers challenging orienteering in terrain which is unfamiliar to most competitors.

Swiss Orienteering Week 2011
The Swiss Orienteering Week 2011 comes around again this year. I was lucky enough to attend the event in 2006 when it was based in Zermatt. The terrain, maps and organisation were all excellent and the event ranks as one of the best orienteering events I have attended.
