Pre Event Info

Mid-summer madness - come and join in!

25th June, almost the shortest night! Come along to find the highest control at 750m. We will be using the permanent O markers; your challenge will be to find as many as possible and be back by 19:30.
It will be really important to be back on time - as afterwards there will be a beach party at Loch Morlich. Bar-be-ques will be provided (about 4 x disposable), bring along your own food / drink, plates etc. Oh and maybe midge prevention stuff? If you have tongs etc. please bring them along.
Warning
Windy Ridge is exposed; please dress appropriately.
The training will be going ahead at Windy Ridge; the forecast is for cloudy, cool dry weather with a breeze (= fresh wind up there!).
If the weather is very poor (we are in Scotland and it is high), the Tue=O will take place from The Hayfield. Check the BASOC website for final details by 4pm on Tuesday 25th June and also have a look as you pass by The Hayfield in case the BASOC team are there.
