Pre Event Info

In case you're wondering, this evening's session has NOT been adversely affected by snow!

It's strength and conditioning, but don't let that put you off! Mehmet has some wonderful exercises that will work on just the bits you use when orienteering. Do as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

This week we will work particularly on BALANCE, how important the core is to good balance, and how we can improve our own balance.
