Official Warm-Up & Photoshoot 10:30 - you will be directed to go to the start area early for a warm-up led by Johannes, and photographed by Chris Spencer of Activnorth. This will give BASOC a stock of promotional pictures ready to make 2015 our best season yet! The warm-up will involve some gentle running, a couple of photogenic obstacles and punching some fake controls. Please wear your club tops and/or training tops if you have them. Johannes promises not to play any cheesy Mr.Motivator music. Chris has now posted a couple of shots on his ActivNorth facebook page

Explanation of Score courses
You don't have to visit all the controls! There is usually a time limit, instead of a set course. Points are scored for visiting controls, and deducted for finishing over the time limit. You decide which controls to visit, and in which sequence. Sometimes controls have different points values. You will need to carry a watch or phone, so you know how long you have been out.
