Let's dig out those compasses again and get back into it! Many of us have had a break, whether since before the school holidays or since the Scottish 6 Days. It's time to get going again!
We'll be using controls that are out on a semi-permanent basis at Glenmore (plus a few extras!). Jess will be there to advise you on what is suitable for you, whether you like sticking to paths or going off on quite an adventure (or anything inbetween!).

Pre Event Info
Over the winter months this is in the dark, so you need a torch*. We go out orienteering, usually with a navigational focus. Call it training or just playing, it’s as hard as you want it to be, both physically and technically!
Newcomers are welcome and there is always someone to explain things and help you get started.
*We have three 1000 lumen headtorches for use by club members at Tuesday night O. Particularly aimed at relative newcomers - these will get you on a level playing field with the pros!
Meet at 6:30 prompt. Please come appropriately dressed for the weather on the night, the sort of thing you would wear if you were going for a trail run.
You need to be back by 7:30pm.
£2 Adults, £1 Juniors for BASOC or other orienteering club members.
£3 Adults, £1.50 Juniors for non members.
