Northern Urban League (NUL)
A series of urban events hosted by BASOC, MOR and INVOC.
Each event has a Long (5km to 6.5km) and a Short (3km to 3.5km) course, and your results on these will give you points towards your overall league position.
Provisional 2024 Event Dates and Locations:
• Wednesday 29th May: BASOC: Grantown-On-Spey
• Friday 7th June: INVOC: Milton & Drakies (Inverness)
• Wednesday 19th June: MOR: Forres
• Wednesday 3rd July: MOR: Elgin
• Friday 23rd August: INVOC: Lochardil (Inverness)
Course information
For 2024, two courses will again be offered. Unless otherwise indicated, Juniors (under 16) must be accompanied by an adult when running either course. Adults running with juniors will be responsible for the safe crossing of any roads. The short course will be suitable for beginners and novices. Adults running with juniors must run their own course first if they want to count in the league.
