Now the Christmas goodies have been consumed and the presents unwrapped, time to think about some exercise and orienteering!

Some fantastic runs from BASOC members at the Scottish Champs last weekend
This weekend BASOC members are heading to the SW of Scotland (Dalbeattie and Drumlanrig) for the Scottish Champs. There is a good entry for the individual on Saturday with a couple of relay teams entered for the Sunday. Keep an eye on the Solway website for results over the weekend.
