Big congratulations to Alice Kemsley for a convincing victory on W14A at the British Long Distance Championships yesterday, 5th May.

Alice beat local rival Isobel Howard (MOR) by over 2 minutes to take a well deserved victory. Her splits show a superb example of steady, accurate running and concentration, holding it together on the most technical bits where others lost time, and just keeping the balance of speed and accuracy. Great running Alice!
