As our new Club Captain, Jane (Purple) Chisholm will be finding out who would like to go to the event. Everyone can come along and do a colour coded course; if you compete in your age class you often run an easier or shorter course than usual!

All details are on the BASOC website, along with the sign-up form (please sign-up by Thursday 26th January 2023).

5. Tuesday=O Strength & Conditioning training.

Strength & Conditioning training will take place on Tuesday 14th, 21st and 28th February at Kincraig Community Hall from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Jane & Mehmet are planning a block of sessions which will be an introduction to Functional Strength & Conditioning. They will take you through a variety of exercises which can develop your balance, stability and running form. The exercises will involve little or no equipment so you can replicate them at home. The intensity of the sessions can be adapted to suit beginners through to seasoned athletes and most importantly it will be light-hearted and fun!
